年度評(píng)估係Concordia一項(xiàng)重要嘅管理工作,除咗有助促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)同推動(dòng)公司長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,亦與每位同事嘅個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)及專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。年度嘅評(píng)估工作將圍繞Concordia Vision | Mission | Value 作為核心方向。
The annual evaluation is an important management practice at Concordia. It not only helps strengthen team building and drive the company’s long-term development, but is also closely linked to each colleague’s personal growth and professional development. The evaluation will be guided by Concordia’s Vision | Mission | Value as its core focus.

The HR team is currently conducting the annual evaluation for SAITO Nana. This is an invitation-only assessment, and we sincerely invite you to share your valuable feedback to help us evaluate his performance and development potential in a more comprehensive and objective manner.
